The line is designed for the processing of returnable glass bottles in crates, mainly in 0.33 L and 0.75 L formats. It includes the key process steps from crate depalletizing, crate sorting, bottle decapping, unpacking, bottle washing, empty bottle inspection, filling and screw capping to labelling, full bottle inspection, crate packing, crate inspection and palletizing. The existing crate depalletizer and palletizer are available on site; however, due to their age and outdated technology, it is recommended not to include this unit in the line acquisition.
