Year of construction: 2018, condition: excellent (used), functionality: fully functional, TYPE 318:: COATING DRUM 1600 For the application of various taste and aroma giving materials by using various aromatising techniques. The special drum profile offers following main advantages: - optimal rolling of the product for uniform coating - minimum possible friction/damage of the product surface - no hidden corners, easy to clean, bacteriologically optimal surface. Adjustable drum speed, by frequency controlled AC gear motor 1.5 kW. Drum diameter: 1600 mm Drum length: 4000 mm Drum height : 3270 mm TYPE 284:: DRUM DRIER/ROASTER 1600 PTFE Newly developed short and medium range infrared roaster for special thermal post treatment of expanded extrudate. The whole drum is coated with a low-wear PTFE-layer. This secures processing of extremely sticky coated extrudates. Unlike the conventional hot air drying process, this drying system works with a very high degree of efficiency. The whole machine is made of rust free stainless steel. The radiation elements are attached to a common carrying arm in the drum. The roasting drum runs on special, low-noise carrier rollers and corresponds to the safety regulations and is equipped with a corrosion free covering to reduce energy losses. Kdedpewbqx Hjfx Ag Aeu The rpm of the drum is adjustable continuously. The drive is carried out by a three-phase motor 1.5 kW. Drum diameter: 1600 mm Electrical heating power: 126 kW Drum length:4300 mm Drum height : 2960 mm TYPE 361:: COOLING DRUM 1600 For cooling of sticky and hot extruded products under rotation for separation. The cooling is carried out with the help of room air, which is blown controllably into the drum by a middle pressure blower 1.85 kW AC. Please note: depending on the product characteristics, additional cooling might be necessary for breakfastcereals before the product can be packed. Drum diameter :1600 mm Drum length: 4000 mm Drum height : 2890 mm

Year of construction: 2021, operating hours: 480 h, condition: like new (used), functionality: fully functional, Electrostatic separator (corona) - EBS-4-271200 - builded to extract the metals from the rejection of the plastic from electric cable process Including additional options: - 3 screw transporters; - 3 m3 input hopper; - mechanisms for changing material flow and stand for big bag for mix collection; - touch screen for control cabinet english / rusian language; - set of spare parts Designed for dry high-efficiency separation of materials, that are differ in their electric properties: - mixtures of plastics and metals, including shredded cables, into metal (copper, aluminium), and non-conducting material (plastic); - mixture of different materials, provided that one of the components has conducting properties (extraction oftextilecord from rubber crumb in the processing of used tires ); - shredded WEEE (including PCB’s) into metal (aluminium, copper, nickel, bronze, and other) and nonconducting materials (plastic, textolite, fiber-glass plastic, and other), and also for: - separations of non-metal raw material (feldspar, pegmatite, quartz sand); - enrichingofdroughconcentratesofores of rare metals (titan-zirconia, tantalum- niobic, tin-tungsten, monazite), ores of precious metals (gold, silver); - benefication of diamond ore. Kodpfx Agowcp I As Aodu The equipment was purchased at the end of 2021 directly from the prestigious manufacturer PRODECOLOGIA, which also installed it in our factory. The equipment works perfectly and can be tested at any time with PVC plastic, from our Guidetti plant for electric cable recycling. Upon request, we can also provide installation + commissioning at the buyer's location. PRICE : 108 000 EURO- netto
