The Vacomat 300 XP large dust extractor is the ideal dust extraction system for multi-machine extraction. Air volumes of up to 6,000 m³/h can be conveyed with this clean air extraction system, which also makes it interesting for CNC processing or wide-belt sanding machines.

The Vacomat 300 XP is equipped with an automatic control system as standard to ensure that the powerful extraction system is not forgotten or left idle. When a connected machine is switched on, the dust extractor fan starts automatically so that extraction begins immediately.

Our Vacomat 300 XP is manufactured according to the modular principle. As standard, the dust and chip mixture is discharged into four dust-tight chip collection garbage cans (4 x 120 l) with inserted, sturdy plastic bags. A vacuum channel holds the plastic bags securely in the collection container. Viewing windows make it easier to check their fill level.

It can also be discharged via chip containers, ATEX rotary valves and screw conveyors for disposal in a briquetting press, BigBags, a container or chip bunker.

The filter bags are cleaned automatically after all connected processing machines have been switched off. Our patented filter shaker cleans the filter bags pneumatically/mechanically. Dust and chips are gently knocked out via the compressed air connection using a type of "shaking".

As an option, especially recommended for very high and particularly fine dust content, an efficient pressure surge cleaning system is available (ATTENTION: overall height then +100 mm and length +350 mm). Cleaning via the compressed air tank takes place offline, after extraction operation.
