Fliegl Lightweight 50 m³ Tipping Semi-Trailer

Lightweight high-strength fine-grain steel chassis with swan neck and replaceable 2" kingpin. 24 t two-speed landing gear, aluminium side underrun protection, foldable rear underrun guard, integrated stone-resistant mudguard supports and two rear towing hooks.

Axles & Suspension: SAF 430 mm disc brake axles, laser-aligned axle/suspension geometry for reduced tyre wear and fuel consumption, air suspension, automatic front lift axle with forced lowering and traction aid, electrically controlled from the truck, hot-dip galvanized lift axle mechanism with 10-year anti-corrosion warranty.

Braking System: Dual-line air brake system with colour-coded air lines, spring parking brake, EBS (24 V), raise/lower valve, Vehicle Stability System (RSS), automatic tipping lowering valve, axle load monitoring via EBS CAN bus (display in tractor unit).

Tyres: 385/65 R22.5 tyres on factory silver steel rims with TPMS (ECE R141), displayed via the truck's EBS system.

Electrical: 24 V lighting system, LED rear lights, LED side marker lights with integrated flashing function, LED front position lights, LED rear outline marker lights, 2 × 7-pin and 1 × 15-pin front sockets, two integrated rear LED work lights.

Hydraulics: Low-pressure tipping cylinder (max. 170 bar), hard-chromed first stage, operated via truck PTO, HDK hydraulic coupling (NW 48 mm).

Body: Lightweight steel body made of highly wear-resistant HB400 steel with external hydraulic cylinder mount. Folding aluminium tarp protection, external shovel and broom holder, front access ladder. Side walls 4 mm, floor 5 mm. Membrane tailgate with split rear doors (50/50), grain hatch in the right door, external locking bars and mechanical lower locking. Rear platform with ladder and spacious air/electrical connection panel. Side roll-over tarp with central locking.

Approval & Finish: Germany, EC type approval (2007/46), EN 12642 body certification, 24/7 service hotline, prepared for single-line licence plate, ECE R70 warning plate, foldable "A" warning plate for waste transport, ECE R48 contour markings. Chassis painted DB 7350 Nova Grey (10-year anti-corrosion warranty), black-coated landing legs, body in RAL 9005 Jet Black, tarp in RAL 7035 Light Grey.
