The machines are dismantled and stored in our warehouse. The total volume of the plant is several trucks (approx. 70to per machine). The machines have produced connecting rods for passenger car diesel engines. Chain broaching machines are designed for mass production. The continuous (backstroke-free) working process in chain broaching is designed for maximum achievable productivity in external broaching. The chain broaching process is the only broaching process without a backstroke of the tools or workpieces. In chain broaching, the workpiece is continuously moved past the tool and thus performs the feed movement. and thus carries out the feed motion. This unique broaching process is only used for very large quantities in series production.

The machine is primarily designed for the production of keyways up to 20mm. (From 16mm keyway tool width only with stepped tool shanks) The design of the machine allows for fast and easy setup for broaching with flat broaching tools for keyways. Thanks to the universally constructed drawbridge and machine table, broaching with both profile and flat broaching tools is possible. Profile broaching can be performed without the use of additional pull heads, by using simple centering bushings. Suitable broaching tools and arbors for the machine are available on request.
